Micro laser welding is a process performed by a computer controlled fiber optic laser that is focused onto a
small spot of a particular item. It is ideal for joining small components, providing cylindrical welds, and
fabricating tubular assemblies.
Gateway Laser performs these Nd:Yag seam and spot laser welding services on materials like stainless steel,
alloys, and titanium. The low heat input welding offered by these style lasers is ideal for all types of
electronic and industrial applications.
Our computer controlled, multi-axis, X-Y table allows us to provide precision joining for parts up to 12
inches long.
